The rates and retainers are designed to meet all budget types for all business sizes.  I always recommend to new clients to choose rates and/or retainer plans that best fits the size of the projects they are contracting our and best fits their budgetary guidelines.  This way they can determine

Hourly Plan

The standard hourly rate is $25.00 per hour. This plan is best suited for small, time-based projects. This is only when Peachtree Industries is required to purchase supplies on behalf of the client when needed supplies/materials are not supplied at the time services are provided. Balance will be paid at the conclusion of the finished product.

 

Per Project Plan

Many clients will prefer to pay for services on a "per project" basis. With this service, clients are provided with an estimate of the final costs. A 25% deposit and all estimated expenses are due up front. This is only when Peachtree Industries is required to purchase supplies on behalf of the client when needed supplies/materials are not supplied at the time services are provided. Balance will be paid prior to the delivery of the finished product.

 

Retainer Plans*

Peachtree Industries offers discounted retainer plans to clients who require our services on an ongoing basis. Monthly fees are due prior to the beginning of the month.

 

Basic Retainer Plan - $450 (Quarterly)

*        Save over 10% off the standard hourly rate.

*        Requires a minimum of 30 hours per month

*        50% deposit required, payable in advance.

*        Additional hours are billed at $25.00 per hour.

 

Upgrade Retainer Plan - $750 (Semi-Annually)

*        Save over 15% off the standard hourly rate.

*        Requires a minimum of 60 hours per month

*        50% deposit required, payable in advance

*        Additional hours are billed at $25.00 per hour.

 

Premier Retainer Service Plan - $1,500 (Annually)

*        Saving over 25% off the standard hourly rate

*        Receive 900 hours for a period of one year

*        Requires no minimum hours per month

*        50% deposit required, payable in advance

*        Additional hours are billed at $25.00 per hour if 900 hours are exceeded.

Non-Profit 501(c)(3) Rates

The program allows nonprofit organizations to utilize various services for the duration of one year. However, nonprofit organizations must meet certain requirements before signing up for the program. The requirements are simple, but important, which will determine the eligibility of an organization's participation.

 

1.        The organization must be able to show proof of exempt status. This is the letter received from the Internal Revenue Service, and a copy must be submitted.

2.        An organization's income must fall within the range indicated below to be eligible.  50% deposit is required:

 

*        1,000 - 25,000 = $600            

*        26,000 - 45,000 = $800

*        46,000 - 65,000 = $1,000       

*        66,000 - 85,000 = $1,200

*        86,000 - 100,000 = $1,400

 

Nonprofit organizations interested in this program may request an application by submitting a letter of interest, which must include descriptive material, letter from the Internal Revenue Service as previously stated, and a cover letter signed by the Executive or Associate Director explaining in detail the services needed, including a brief description of the organization, annual budget, any time frames/deadlines that need to be met (if applicable), and who will be the general contact. The cover letter and requested material should be mailed to Peachtree Industries.

 

Database Services

*       A onetime service fee of $50 is required for all new database projects.

*       For internet research database projects the cost is $.50 cents per 50 records and up.

*       Monthly mailing list projects – $250 per month and includes general updates and maintenance, mailing projects, and a Request for Address Update Information form is used to send to members on the mailing list requesting they update their mailing address at no additional charge..

*       For requests to maintain mailing lists, databases must be received in good form and cannot be more than one year outdated.

How does the rates work?
You can choose from three levels of payment levels that best meets your budget, size of the project, and term of services needed.

Is a deposit required?
A 50% deposit is required on all hourly contracts and per projects $250 and over, and on all retainer plans.

When are first deposits and payments due on new contracts?
Deposits and all payments are due in ten days from receipt of the detailed invoice and invoices for services rendered.

Can I request a refund?
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after the signing of the executed contract.  No refunds are made after 30 days.

How do I cancel a new contract?
Contracts can be cancelled within ten days in writing prior to receiving payments or deposits.
